ORDERS & SHIPPING
Shipping Charges-
A1 Hi Performance is located in Western Australia and can ship stock to all locations in all states within 1-10 days providing stock is available. We offer the best freight services and competitive freight rates. Orders/Items sent within the Western Australian metropolitan area less than 25kg are shipped via courier at $7.00 (allow 1-2 days delivery). Orders shipped by truck freight will be billed according to shipping location and weight.
Shipping charges will appear on your invoice.
Phone Orders-
All orders by phone will be charged the standard call rate.
P.O Box & Fax Orders-
Use the A1 Hi Performance order form for mail-in and fax orders.
DAMAGED FREIGHT: IMPORTANT
Upon delivery of any order, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the items before signing for and accepting the delivery. Once the shipment has left the A1 Hi Performance facility it has become the liability of the freight carrier and not A1 Hi Performance. A1 Hi Performance will gladly assist you in your claim but legally the freight carrier has no obligation to A1 Hi Performance – the obligation is to you, the consignee. If the boxes or crates appear in any way to be damaged, punctured, crushed, opened or torn it is your responsibility to notate this on the freight document before you sign to accept your order. Without this notation, you have accepted the shipment as-is and the freight carrier no longer has any responsibility for the damage or loss to this shipment. If you have notated any apparent or questionable damage it is the freight carrier's responsibility to correct this. Seldom does damage actually occur, but if you see or suspect any damage then it is absolutely necessary that you notate this on the freight document.
WARRANTIES
Most of the products that we sell are backed by a standard manufacturer's limited warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). If you have an item for warranty, please call A1 Hi performance first to expedite the process.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders require a 75% deposit. All items requiring machine work, such as heads, blocks, and pistons always require a non-refundable deposit. Absolutely no returns for refund or credit will be given on special orders or machine work.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong selection. Exchange may be given where goods are faulty or different from a sample shown to you, and we require the parts in the original sealed box with the original invoice. Reduced or special orders are not refundable.
